Strategic AI for the World's Most Senior Diplomats

Strategic AI for the World's Most Senior Diplomats

The inspector's question has changed: "What AI tools are in use in your mission, and who authorised them?" The answer is now the Ambassador's accountability. AI+ Ambassadors & Senior Diplomatic Leaders introduces the ACCORD Protocol — mission-level AI governance for the Head of Mission — plus thirty prompt templates for summit preparation, counterpart intelligence, crisis response, and bilateral AI as a diplomatic subject. Built by an AI engineering firm — for Ambassadors who understand that the mission they leave behind is part of the posting they led.

You'll build
  • A Mission AI Governance Audit using the ACCORD Protocol — six questions that produce a governance action list assignable to your DCM in thirty days
  • An AI-assisted summit briefing workflow that delivers deeper preparation faster — across all corridor meetings, not only the highest-priority ones
  • A bilateral intelligence cycle that tracks host-country political and economic developments at machine speed without losing the relational depth that only the Ambassador builds
  • Pre-approved crisis AI workflows using the DELEGATE Protocol — the infrastructure that makes a good response possible before the crisis hits
  • A 90-Day Ambassador's AI Leadership Plan and an AI Handover Document framework that makes your mission's capability outlast your posting
Who this is for

An Ambassador, High Commissioner, Permanent Representative to a multilateral body (UN, EU, ASEAN, AU), or other Head of Mission. They lead a diplomatic mission — the entire team, the bilateral agenda, the public profile, and the governance of the outpost. They are held personally accountable for everything that happens in the mission, including any AI-related incident that creates diplomatic embarrassment, bilateral friction, or security exposure.

Also for:A Deputy Chief of Mission (DCM) or Minister-Counsellor preparing for a Head of Mission posting; a senior MFA official (Director-General level) who oversees multiple missions from headquarters.

You’ll be able to
  • Apply the ACCORD Protocol to mission-level AI governance — establishing policy, oversight, and accountability structures that are defensible to your Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA), your host country, and public scrutiny
  • Use AI to elevate the quality of your highest-stakes diplomatic work: summit preparation, state-visit briefings, strategic bilateral analysis, and ministerial engagement
  • Build and lead a mission team that uses AI effectively, safely, and in alignment with national foreign policy and the CABLE Protocol standards established in T2-87
  • Navigate bilateral AI as a diplomatic issue — managing data sovereignty conversations, AI treaty implications, and host-country AI policy as subjects of diplomatic engagement in their own right
  • Lead AI-era crisis response from the Ambassador's chair — making sound decisions under time pressure, with AI tools that accelerate options analysis while preserving your irreplaceable political judgment
  • Position your mission as the AI-capable diplomatic outpost that sets the benchmark for your foreign service — sustaining your diplomatic influence and advancing your career in an AI-transformed profession
