AI+ Educational Psychologists

Assess, Advise and Support Learners Smarter with AI

Faster reports. Sharper formulations. Judgement that stays yours.

You write the statutory advice. You synthesise the school reports, the parent questionnaire, the previous assessments. Meanwhile the actual assessment — the thinking only you can do — waits for the report deadline to stop crowding it out. AI+ Educational Psychologists gives you the TESTIFY Protocol for AI governance that protects test security and the independence of your statutory judgement, the REFRAME Framework for AI across the full referral-to-review casework cycle, and 19 prompt templates for the documentation that eats your week. Built by an AI engineering firm for educational psychologists whose expertise is the assessment, not the paperwork around it.

Who this is for

A registered or licensed educational psychologist (or school psychologist in North American terminology) working for a Local Authority/school district educational psychology service, an independent/private practice, or a school system. Holds a doctoral or specialist-level qualification in educational/school psychology and is registered with the relevant statutory body (HCPC in the UK, NCSP/state licensure in the US, AHPRA in Australia, or equivalent). Spends the working week split between statutory assessment casework, school-based consultation, and report writing. Distinct from a clinical or counselling psychologist (T2-154): the EP's core professional act is assessing a child or young person's cognitive, learning, social-emotional, or behavioural needs and producing psychological advice that feeds a statutory or quasi-statutory process (an Education, Health and Care Plan in England and Wales; an Individualized Education Program evaluation in the US; equivalent processes elsewhere) — not therapy delivery or clinical diagnosis in a health setting. Distinct from a SENCO or special education teacher (T2-90): the EP is commissioned to conduct an independent psychological assessment and give an expert professional opinion that a Local Authority, tribunal, or school panel relies on — they do not deliver day-to-day classroom provision.

Also for:Trainee educational psychologists on doctoral training programmes; assistant/associate educational psychologists; principal/senior educational psychologists managing an EP service and considering AI adoption for their team; independent/locum EPs working across multiple Local Authorities or districts.

You’ll be able to
  • Apply the TESTIFY Protocol to secure test materials, protect pupil and family data, and preserve the independence of statutory determinations before any AI interaction
  • Use the REFRAME Framework to integrate AI across the full educational psychology casework cycle — from referral through assessment, formulation, statutory advice, intervention and review
  • Use AI to draft psychoeducational reports, statutory advice, EHCP/IEP contributions, and multi-agency correspondence while retaining full professional and legal accountability for every output
  • Identify appropriate AI use across the EP workflow — cognitive and psychometric assessment, consultation, intervention planning, and stakeholder communication — and identify where AI has no role
  • Build and execute a 30-day AI adoption plan calibrated to their service setting and statutory context
