Hire, Develop and Retain Talent with AI

AI for the people work, not the paperwork.

The strategic work you were hired to do keeps getting crowded out by admin that AI could handle. The real obstacle isn't motivation — it's knowing which people data is safe to give AI and which isn't. This book gives HR professionals the HR AI Safety Protocol, 30 copy-ready prompts across recruitment, employee relations, and L&D, and the HR AI Readiness Spectrum. Built by an AI engineering firm for HR professionals who became HR to work with people — not to process them.

Who this is for

Any professional whose primary role involves managing people processes across the employee lifecycle. This includes: HR generalists, HR business partners, HR coordinators, HR managers, people operations professionals, and HR officers. They work across the full spectrum of HR activity — recruitment, onboarding, learning and development, performance management, employee engagement, employee relations, compensation and benefits administration, HR compliance, and workforce planning. Typically 2–15 years in HR. Their daily work involves a recurring cycle of plan–execute–support–measure across multiple people processes simultaneously, regardless of organisation size or sector. They may sit in a dedicated HR team in a large organisation or be the sole HR professional in a mid-sized company.

Also for:Office managers or operations managers who handle HR responsibilities in smaller organisations; HR assistants looking to grow into generalist roles; line managers who want to understand how AI is transforming the people function; career changers entering HR from other fields who want to start with AI-augmented practices.

You’ll be able to
  • Identify at least five areas across the employee lifecycle (recruitment, onboarding, development, engagement, administration) where AI can measurably improve HR outcomes or efficiency
  • Apply structured prompting techniques (PRISM) to core HR tasks: writing job descriptions, drafting employee communications, designing interview questions, creating development plans, and summarising workforce data
  • Evaluate AI-generated HR content for accuracy, fairness, bias, legal compliance, and tone using the TRUST framework with HR-specific criteria
  • Apply the HR AI Safety Protocol to protect employee data, prevent bias in people decisions, and ensure compliance with employment law before using AI in any HR process
  • Design a personal AI adoption plan and demonstrate measurable improvement in at least three routine HR tasks within 30 days
