AI+ Educators Workbook
Practice companion to AI+ Educators
Practice companion to T2-80.
You understood every framework. You haven't used one yet.
You read AI+ Educators. The frameworks made sense. Then term started again and nothing changed. This workbook closes that gap — 38 exercises across four weeks, built on your real lessons, your real marking, your real emails, whether you teach in a school, a lecture hall, a workshop, or a training room. By Week 4, the Educator AI Safety Protocol isn't a chapter you remember — it's just what you do. Built by an AI engineering firm for educators who already know their craft — the practice that makes the knowing stick.
- 38 structured exercises across four weeks — built on your real teaching, training, or facilitation work
- Week 1 — foundations and prompting: the Educator Task-AI Map, PRISM-structured prompts, TRUST checks
- Week 2 — planning and assessment: rubrics, question banks, feedback, and a calibration drill that trains you to catch flawed AI-generated rubrics
- Week 3 — communication and safety: audience-adapted drafting and the full Educator AI Safety Protocol, including a drill that trains you to fix age-inappropriate AI output
- Week 4 — professional growth and sector integration: research synthesis, peer learning design, and your sector-specific next steps
Any education professional — school teacher, university lecturer, vocational or technical instructor, corporate trainer or L&D professional, tutor, curriculum coordinator — who has read (or is working through) AI+ Educators (T2-80) and wants structured, progressive practice to embed what they have read. They are not looking for more explanation — they want to do the work with their own real materials and see the results in their own practice, whatever their sector.
Also for:An education professional in a CPD or L&D cohort using this workbook as a companion to a structured T2-80 reading programme; a head of department, programme leader, or team manager running a team AI practice arc; a teacher trainer or staff developer using the workbook as a facilitated cross-sector workshop resource.
- Map a real week of education work onto the Educator Task-AI Map and the Augmentation Ladder, and apply PRISM-structured prompts to at least three real planning, content, or communication tasks
- Produce AI-assisted rubrics, question banks, and personalised feedback from real marking notes, verified against the TRUST Framework with assessment-specific criteria, and correctly catch seeded flaws in a supplied rubric
- Draft AI-assisted communications across at least three audiences, apply the Educator AI Safety Protocol to a real AI interaction involving learner data, and correctly rewrite an age-inappropriate AI output
- Use AI to synthesise research, prepare for an observation, and design a peer-learning activity, applying sector-specific prompting to their own education context
